You really cannot make this up- too cute.
We did a lot of hanging around in pajamas- which believe me was totally welcome and totally fun after a summer of being super hot and uncomfortable in Richmond. You can see the view that we had from the deck in the image below.
After we got there and got squared away, on Sunday we went to a Highland Festival- the weather was great and Vakey had an awesome view from Daddy's shoulders.
It was really beautiful and a great way to spend a day- and notice that we were all wearing winter clothes!!!!

Vake had a great time running around- so glad to be free of strollers and airline seats!

ReplyDeleteVake really isn't very interested in television. He doesn't see it much, if ever, at home and doesn't really seem that interested in it when he comes across it. The morning we had on the Blues Brothers, he mostly ignored it until Aretha started singing. Then he went right up to the tv and watched, and after a bit, started dancing and claping along with her. I think we have a short video clip of it & will post it later.
