A week without Huff

Baby Vake was an only child this past week- Taren had it easy while Huff was in Kentucky.

Doesn't he just look like a grownup in this pic? Crazy. Vake and Taren also did a lot of Vake's holiday shopping- he's got a lot of little friends to buy for this holiday season!!!!

Catching up from Sue's visit

We are still trying to get caught up around here without our home computer. It is not as easy as one might think, but on the positive side of the ledger, blogging from Eric's computer has gotten the home computer to the GeekSquad. Yippee!!!

So Sue took some terrific pictures of little Vake. As those of you who see Vake regularly know, he LOVES his "truck" and he loves "glasses" so it should come as no surprise that these shots combine the two!

I'm in a truck.

Last weekend, Eric and Vake spent some quality time together while I was at a baby shower.

Vake LOVED sitting in the truck with Daddy and "driving". You can take the baby out of the Northwest, but you cannot take the Northwest out of the baby.

I finished the 1/2 marathon- it was a great run today- MUCH better then this same race last year.

Our home computer is still on the fritz so starting today, I am going to start to blog on E's computer- hopefully that will spur him on to taking our computer to the repair shop!!!

Computer Problems

The computer at home is not feeling so hot (won't turn on, apparently). So, the posts are going to be somewhat sporadic until Eric gets home and figures out what's wrong with it!!!!

Family Christmas Card Pics- Love them...

So last week, we had so many treats. Grandma Sue rolled in from out of town with her trusty sidekick, Jerry- we got to meet some Sampson cousins, too- AND- mixed into all this we also got to meet G-rant's parents! Who-hoo.

And if that's not enough, we got our family Christmas card pics taken- CUTE crystal from Dimples & Cheeks- she works with Lindsay my true love from Jacques Penne- and so reasonably priced...

Ok, pics are not loading right now- VERY frustrating. Argh.
